To trick another into somehow ending up on meatspin, usually through misleading descriptions of the website or blatant masking of the URL. A very similar concept to rickrolling, except the result is much, much worse.

Email from douche friend: "Hey bro, check out herpderp.com for hot chicks and cool explosions!" (URL goes to meatspin.com)

Victim: "GAAAH I JUST GOT SPINROLLED!"

To open a door and step into someone's house or apartment unannounced, typically with a dramatic spasm of the head, concerned look on the face and messy hair.

My neighbor burst in yesterday while I was watching TV and had like a mini seizure.
