Sparking someone is beating the absolute living shit out of that person, it's a bit like jumping someone but in a way more serious manner.

Usually heard in Ireland or Britain coming out of the mouth of a gang member

"I swear I'm gonna spark him if he gets smart with me again"

"Did you hear about Lee? The Clarkes got him on his knees and sparked him"
