When you want to play Squadron battles in War thunder but everyone says: "I'll join when we are 7 people"

Me: We are 5 people, where the fuck are the other 3 for the squadron battles?

Jake: Oh yeah, they said they would join when we are 7.
Me: Why don't they just join now?

Jake: Yeah well you see we aren't 7 yet..
