The art of linking someone to a fray video/song. the fray has become very popular as of late, and what better way to celebrate it's hourly radio play by calling an unsuspecting victim and then blasting the fray.

A substitute for ALL. Used mostly when referring to a friend whose name is Paul. Basically, Instead of yelling PAUL really loud, YOU'D ESSENTIALLY JUST SHOUT ALLLLLLL.
