An amazingly developed, well stated and well worth phrase and/or ideas achieved by an inebriated individual. Often, the drug of choice may be referred to as the inspiration or "spark".

Ex: I had the most amazing highspiration while smoking. Let's put spaghetti sauce on ramen.
