Stupid cold

A degree of coldness to which, when confronted with such conditions, makes you stupid.

It is stupid cold out this morning. I didn't even bother wiping the snot dripping from my nose because I didn't want to take my hands out of my coat/pockets. (I looked stupid/retarded)
