1. When someone is a complete and utter jerk in such a way that it has a rockstar-like appeal.

2. It can be a lifestyle choice when you choose nothing more than to be an F*.

3. A glorified douchebag.

The opposite of a rockstar although rockstar's can become F*'s easily without much help from the outside world.

That guy does nothing but piss people off, start drama, smack children, etc. and he does it sooo well. What an F*!
