boomer volume

A colloquial term used to describe the phenomenon where an individual, often of the Baby Boomer generation, consistently sets the volume excessively high when watching online videos or listening to audio content. This behaviour is typically attributed to a lack of awareness of modern audio norms or potential hearing loss associated with age.

My dad always has the TV blaring at boomer volume.
