2. One who has the appearance of a skank, and acts like a bitch.

Ex. That skitch stole my money, and called me a hoser in this stinky letter she left me.

Ex. I thought Delena was gonna be a skank by the way she dressed, but she was no ordinary skank. She was a skitch.
