She's a junior Regina George. Avery is the popular girl even though she insults all of her friends' (which I'm suprised she has any) and is a brat about how much money she has. People are only friends with Avery because they're afraid if they aren't, she'll ruin their lives and spread rumors about them. That is also why nobody stands up to her.
