Its Something real red necks say and wanna be's. Its like a subsatute for a rebel yell Wich was first heard during the civil war and was bad ass ;basicly a war cry but you say it to much its gay

You say "yee yee" when Something is bad ass or your just exited ,or as a war cry Wich is best used at partys or big group hang outs; for example: hey man you Ready to go get hammerd? Other guy: YEE YEE
