Arabian shoe tie

The Arabian shoe tie is a torture method that consists of skinning someone’s foot to expose veins and nerves then carefully tying the veins and nerves like a shoe lace.
You could also extend this and make it a challenge to try and untie the veins and nerves.

This guy is pissing me off, I wish I could give him an Arabian shoe tie.
