Later, after he's sober, he will make excuses and try to persuade everyone around him that he did nothing wrong and that he is the victim.
This is also the guy, when cock blocked himself, immediately declares "COCK BLOCK!-COCK BLOCK!" at drop of a hat and announces it like Chicken Little or the Town Crier.
This is the worst kind of Cock Blocker.
