To be extremely annoyed or angry.
Coming from the combination of Dicked - meaning something that was unfair or screwed over i.e. that was dicked. And out - meaning an extreme amount of something i.e. that girl was all decked out from head to toe in purple clothing.
My friends flaked on me the other night, I was waiting in the parking lot for them for two hours. I was so dicked-out.

To be extremely annoyed or angry because you felt something unfair or uncalled for happened to you. Coming from the combination of Dicked - meaning something that was unfair i.e. that was "dicked"; and Out - meaning to go to an extreme i.e. the girl got all decked "out"

Nick name for the GPS Navagator you might have in your car or on your cell phone. Given this nick name because of the fact that it is sometimes wrong or not specific enough and then repremands you by saying "you are off specified rout", or something to that effect, when you don't listen to it, thereby making it a "hater".
Sam: I think we're lost
Jane: Don't you have GPS?
SAm: yeah but the damn navahater always get me more lost.
