Word coined by a kid named Thomas, used to insult someone (usually a girl) instead of saying shit. A more gentler way of insulting someone.

Mariah: Thomas are you flaring your nostrils again

Thomas: Shutup you piece of hoe!

Corey: Hey man be nice to Mariah! She's my friend!

Mariah: So is Courtney..
