Butterscotch nose drop

Getting a whiff of poo or a dingleberry on your nose while in the act of performing 69 or any other act of going down on a woman.

I was with my lady last night and got a butterscotch nose drop while performing 69, it smelled like she ate a bean burrito for lunch, luckily I love Mexican food.
