The long, painful process of dealing with other peoples' insecurities about their existence.
Generally human insecurity is brought on by three things; for men, it's sexual urges, for women, beauty and access and survival; then there's money, and then there's social approval. Combine all of these three together and you get people who are very insecure, full of shit, at each other's throats, but in complete denial of this most of the time - because ironically you lose social status / money if you talk about reality. Deep down everyone knows life is meaningless, that there is no love, and it's a struggle to survive, so they compensate with all kinds of horrible behavior and cognitive dissonance. That's why life's a joke. It's just society built on top of biological reality and harsh truths about survival, and when it comes to survival, everything is fair game.
What people say when they want to sound cool, because they're too insecure to come up with a new way of saying something, so they just jump on the bandwagon of what they think sounds "cool" and will make them sound like a cool, powerful, attractive person.
Tom: "I'm a really insecure guy with no women and no particular talents, but I want to come off as a normie. I guess I'll go tell someone to touch grass now."

A nasty, toxic woman who is always angry, bitter, and on the attack, usually because she is unable to conceptualize the idea of love, either for herself, or for anyone else, especially men.
She is unable to experience and enjoy sex, so she is no different from most incels, and shares many of the same tendencies, such as racism, cruelty, but tends to prefer verbal abuse over violence.
Beautiful women are always so cordial and kind to me. But every time a woman is just randomly mean and toxic for no reason, it's because she's a femcel. Ever notice how there are no beautiful Karens?

A guy who simply shows up and has sex, love, with women.
This is compared to the overwhelming, overwhelming majority of men who have to put in effort into life. Such as getting extensive schooling, high paying jobs, working out, learning "game," learning fashion, etc.
Chad just shows up, gets taken care of women, doesn't do anything else.
Tom: I just spent the last 12 years in med school, now I'll definitely be able to get the ladies!
Chad: I woke up at 1 ever since I was 14 and haven't gone a day without sex since then.
The way a man carries himself when he's got the unshakeable confidence of women finding him attractive very early on in life.
It's not taught. These guys have swag in the way they walk, the way they talk, the way they sit. They're like 1 in 10,000 men. He doesn't have to work for anything, has no insecurities, no toxicity, no coping.
Tim: How do you have so much swag?
Kim: Girls been telling me I'm fine since I was 11 years old, I never had to work for anything.
Western men with faces that aren't seen as attractive to western women who have enough money to not marry men with bad faces.
