Billys

They gather in small groups in the Suffolk region. All of them mainly petrol heads or get converted into them. And then become Billy's.
Like Billy ray/Billy bob/Billy joe/Billy Jane /buck tooth billy/ they all get there own names and it's growing into somthing called the blapping crew.

Hey you seen that bunch of BILLYS over there.
I think there going for a blapp we should join and become a Billy.
