A furloughed government employee. Some would consider this anthropomorphic creature quite endearing and essential to a well balanced functioning society. Others consider it to have no purpose and a waste of taxpayer money.
We were surrounded by a crowd of angry furries protesting in front of the white house last night.
That furry looks so sad. It must be suffering from a case of furlousis.

Residual urine that is present on an individual after using the bathroom. Because of its sometimes sticky nature, it is attributed to being the juice of a watermelon that was supposedly recently consumed by the individual.
Person 1 is shaking hands with Person 2 who has just walked out of the bathroom.
Person 1: "Why are your hands so wet and sticky?"
Person 2: "That's just some watermelon juice from my lunch."

While, in the middle of exercising (usually jogging), when one decides to suddenly start stretching to make a spectacle of themselves. This mostly occurs in crowded areas so that others are forced to watch, or in a severe case, dodge the stretcher if they happen to be blocking a sidewalk or trail. The drama stretcher will appear to be in some other world oblivious to onlookers, but they are quite aware of the attention.
I canât believe how many drama stretchers are in this park. Does anyone actually do any running around here?
Damn, I almost hit that drama stretcher with my bike. Donât these people look before they stretch and take up the whole trail.
An abnormal condition of the mind resulting in a loss of contact with reality brought upon by the announcement of impending furloughs. A merging of the words psychosis and furlough. Usually experienced by government employees during a time of sequestration.
Bob's mail hasn't been delivered in two days due to the workers at the post office suffering from severe cases of furlousis.
For a government employee, George was getting a lot of work done until his furlousis started acting up.
When a person acts inappropriately, as if to have "no class", and news of these acts are distributed throughout the media without being filtered to the general public. The term takes on a deeper meaning if the acts are done by a government employee.
Bill Clinton was so unclassified when he slept with that intern.
Anthony Weiner sent many unclassified texts to women.

A light and airy feeling that comes over a government worker once they are forced to take some time off. Combination of the words "furlough" and "high".
"When they furlough, you furhigh."
Person 1: "What's up with Bob?"
Person 2: "Looks like the government is going to be shut down for a few years and Bob has decided to go follow the Greatful Dead."
Person 1: "What a furhigh he must be on."
