Used as an adjective to describe a person.
1. A person who lives in a ghetto.
2. A person who claims to have lived in the ghetto.
3. A mother who has 2 or more baby's daddy.
4. A father who has 2 or more baby's momma.
5. A person who buys something that he/she cannot afford. A true ghetto person would do this repeatedly.
6. A person who has gold/silver/platinum teeth
7. A person whos car's rims cost more than the car. (see spinners, Rims that keep spinning every time you stop)

A ghetto person would buy a cell phone and can't pay the bill and the phone gets cut off.
Man thats ghetto, he got spinners on a hupty!
