Someone who typically ends up in one night stands with less than attractive people usually after a couple of drinks.

Ryan: “Hey Bill do you see that girl over there.”
Bill: “Yeah but she’s a total Molly, I saw her leave the bar last night with Joe Picklemeyer.”
Ryan: “Oh gross what a Molly!”
