A person who starting to become a clumsy dumbass and yet still hasn't realized why they're mostly ignored in society.

Person 1: hey dude have you seen that car accident next to us?
Person 2: ....what?
Person 1: damn the slow-ass effect is getting in to him

When a person/animal is being more of a clumsy dumbass than they were and they still haven't realized how much of a idiot they become.

1: hey dude how are you doing?
2:huh?
1:I said how are you doing?
2:what?
1:nevermind. (this dude got the slow-ass affect)
