Explosive fuel typically used in high-performance rocket propulsion. A portmanteau of kaboom and consumable, a kaboomable is any fuel, oxidizer, or propellant that under non-ideal circumstances can result in loss of the vehicle and or personnel. Most hypergolic propellants are considered kaboomable.
