1- someone whom is not afraid to speak their mind, they usually doesn't think about the consequences or how someone will feel about them saying this.

2- someone whom will say whatever comes to mind.

3- someone whom always has an opinion.

Student in class "Miss this class sucks, i don't see how this is useful'
Students friend "uhh, don't mind him, he's just a bit out spoken"

Normal

1) what is socially acceptable

2) How people believe other people should act

Being with a group of people and preaching the gospel can be normal. But being around a different group of people and talking about the gospel can be view as very weird. Therefore "normal" depends on what in different social groups is accepted.

I am social, and my friends accept me, therefore I am normal (to them)
