To have a Lucy:

When some one orders a meal in a restaurant that is clearly not as good as the meals that others have ordered - they have had a lucy

Imagine three of you are in a quaint little family run restaurant in suburban Havana.

There are only two things on the menu:

Fish Dish - Lobster tail, turtle steak, clams & crab

Meat dish - lamb stew

Two people order the fish and the other has a lucy
