To have a bit of a mental freak out, which causes you to respond very erratically. Usually in a nonsensical way.

Person 1: Did you hear about Jerry making no sense yesterday?

Person 2: Yeah. He short circuits way too much.

Larry: Why the fuck are you talking about me!? Goddamn it guys!
