A lightskin who believes they will one day be elected for Governor or will be a famous rapper from Georgia. Typically somebody who inhibits their ability to be wealthy or successful from their own narcissistic tendencies.

Person 1: Oh you want to be like Chase Hill and run for office?

You must be bi polar or have a god complex
Person 2: Yeah whatever, maybe you're right but I'd say it doesn't hurt to try.
