A word to describe someone who is insane or does insane things. Often those who's style is insanely wack or act ridiculously flop. Those can't even dress themselves without a map.

Guy 1: Yo did you see that one mongool with a bowl cut?
Guy 2: Yeah that acton was skazy as hell.
