To ask of someone whom you didn't understand or clearly hear.

A variation of the phrase "Do what?"

Jimmy's Mother: Take that headset off and stop gaming! It's time for dinner!

Jimmy: Do huh?

Jimmy's Mother: I said it's time for dinner!
