Bruh Moment

Bruh Moment - A specific moment in time at which an individual is emotionally over-encumbered, either by the amount of information received, and/or what the information entails. The individual is therefore left with no other choice but to vocally state aloud, “Bruh”.

As soon as I walked into work, I noticed how backed up it was, my manager told me I’d be working through my lunch, that was my first bruh moment of the day.
