To be tweaked or showing apparent signs of being on large amounts of methamphetamine or other drugs, beyond all normal definitions of the word tweeked, tweaking or tweaker.

She was so spaghackled she couldn't keep her jaw still.

Gacked

(gah-cuh-tuh)

To be high or under the influence of methamphetamine for any amount of time often starting tasks that one cannot finish.

I first coined this phrase back in 1983 when I saw Bill the cat on the front of a t-shirt of someone who was exhibiting psychotic and erratic behavior due to methamphetamine use.
