The act of increase the width/girth of a body part, most commonly being a man’s pork sword.

Derived from the term looksmaxxing.

Person 1: “Did you hear Scott started Girthmaxxing?”

Person 2: “No wonder it looks like he’s concealed-carrying a Glock in his pants.”
