As society becomes more open to discussing trans-issues, more and more people are observing an miasmic atmosphere of compulsive murder-suicide ideation associated with trans folks, a constant yelling about "Trans Genocide! and Trans Suicide!" which doesn't seem to be borne out by statistics.
On the other hand, the hypothesis of trans presentation as reflecting intra-psychic drama, the stronger girl self demanding that the weaker boy-self be killed, would go a long way to explaining the atmosphere of guilt ("I have MYSELF killed the boy that I am!" and paranoia "SOMEONE is trying to kill that boyself that I am!" and the unfortunate external realizations of that intra-psychic drama, when that murder-suicide drama is not understood, expressed, and resolved.
For a case-study, see Larry King / Brandon McInerney. This was a #CMSI scenario played out to the bitter end.
King refused to leave Brandon McInerney alone, and Brandon McInernerney was absolutely unable to tolerate the daily public sexual humiliation inflicted upon him by Larry King.
No one wants to be held accountable for difficult, uncomfortable, unacceptable pedophile feelings. So it's only natural for people to look around for a KNOWN PEDOPHILE, the kind of person whose personality has been so broken down by social shame and public stigma, that everyone feels comfortable crapping on them. A "public convenience." And then to go over to them, and crap out their own pedophilia, and focalize it as though being experienced by the known pedophile. The trouble is, the #pedotoileter gains no insight into their own projected psycho-dynamics . . . and the person dumped on becomes subject to the stigma of dozens of others, in addition to carrying his own burdens.

Which is more likely? That Matt Walsh actually said, "We all have sexual and/or violent urges toward children," , . . . or that Dr. Borysenko has slipped into . . .THE #PEDOTOILETING ZONE?
This is literally true. In law, kids are legally "infans," that is, they have no voice, and the idea that "the kid said he wanted it!" is no excuse for sex-crimes against children.

Unless it's being used ironically, in which cases it's meant to accelerate #Pedoschwing2025, under the idea that ALL discussion of pedophilia moves towards normalizing it.
But the presence of the ironic dimension doesn't at all undercut the validity of the plain and simple surface meaning;
on the surface, it's a sentiment that can't be argued with.
To be understood as operating in the same ironic poly-valent space as the Heideggerian term:

This term COMPLETES the mega-acronym, in accordance with Dr. James Cantor's famous 2018 "include the P!" tweet, but wittier, because Greek Î /Ï suggests (celibate) Greek MAN/boy relationships, as practiced by those who've read the Phaedros.
It also rejects/denies/opposes paederasty;
It also looks forward to a process of NORMAL male identity formation, which incorporates ( but is not bogged down in) the moments of Great Mother (Trans) obsession and Great Father (homosexual) obsession.
In the face of over-blown propaganda from both sides, like PRO-TRANS! CUT THE KIDS' BALLS OFF! and KILL THE PEDOS! sometimes it's nice to be out there picketing with a sign saying something nice and relaxing, that everyone can agree with.

On the YT pod-cast "Gender: A Wider Lens" #51, "Clearing of the Pink Mist," Debbie Hayton introduces the term PINK MIST as a way of explaining what was going through "her" mind when her formerly male self decided to sign up for MTF gender-surgery. In summary: "I wasn't thinking. I was in a pink mist."
"Debbie Hayton has a lot of balls to come out and declare that her brain was off-line the day she signed up for girl-surgery. She just comes out and admits, "I wasn't thinking, I was in a PINK MIST." I just wish other pre-op trans-people would have the same insight into their trans-think as a temporary, delusional state of mind, and maybe talk to some clearer heads before making the big decision to un-gender themselves."

Apparently (Spring 2023) Elon has maintained the banning of "TRANNY" from TwXtter,
(tho calling someone a PEDO! is still fine.)
NYRANT is a fairly transparent anagram of TRANNY, and still acceptable as part of TwXtter discourse, when a shortish, sharpish put-down for overly-aggressive Trans Rights Activists is wanted.
NYRANT shouldn't be over-used, because of the atmosphere of HYBRIS and NEMESIS suggested by its similarity to the word TYRANT.
Still, when a Trans Rights Activist has been making a huge scene, acting super-aggressively in making very masculine demands for pronouns or other special treatment "BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN, DAMN IT!" . . . and then gets let down gently off his nyrannical high horse by the sane people in the room, it's appropriate to declare: "SIC SEMPER NYRANNIS!" (Thus always to nyrants!")
When dudes show up in Watertown WI in black shirts, masks, matching khaki pants, black flags with swastikas, and chant "Blood blood blood!" "US or the PEDOPHILES!" "NO PEDOS ON OUR STREETS!" it's clear that they're EITHER federal agents tasked with Harvesting the Hate, and letting a thousand Anti-Pedo flowers bloom, OR organic and sincere community-based activists, who just happen to find public discussion of pedophilia exciting.
Calling them #Fedophiles is annoying either way.
If they're FEDS, they're annoyed at being exposed as such.
If they're grassroots activists, they're annoyed at being described as government toys, NPC's.
When the #Fedophiles showed up in Watertown, WI, the witty response would have been to counter-chat at them:
