BDFC is an acronym ("Bitter Dumped Fat Chick"), used primarily to humor a female or groups of females that become excessively bitter or jealous after finding out that their ex is doing fine without them, doing better without them, or has moved on to a more attractive female.

BDFCs always stick together.
