An acronym for East Orlando Irish American's. A very large group or gang of people that claim to be of Irish decent that live or reside in Orange County Florida beginning just East of Downtown Orlando city limits in an area called Azalea Park, and extending through a small Orlando suburb Christmas, Florida. The founding members of this group can be traced back to an East Orlando neighborhood called Pinar Estates and was established in the early 1990's.
Brian: This guy is trying to tell me he doesn't have to pay to get into the party.

Kevin: If your Irish, under 30, and live on the East side of Orlando you have definitely heard of E.O.I.A. and are probably in it.

1)Product used to sanitize an unpleasant, dirty vagina.
2)Used to describe an individual who has shown themselves to be very brainless, inconsiderate, or tacky in one way or another, thus comparing them to the cleansing product for vaginas.
