Tap In

The act of submerging one (or more) of your fingers into an alcoholic beverage. It is said that when you “Tap in” troops are brought home from overseas.

(Although beverages are the most common “Tap Ins,” some have been known to tap into anything they can get their fingers in.)

“I can’t believe they let us get to Friday. Time to Tap In.”
