Poofar

When you hold in a fart for ages and it turns out to be pooh.

Dude 1. "Block ya nose I've been holding this one in for ages!"
Dude 2. "Dude! That stinks! Is it crap?"
Dude 1. "Yeah, I think it's a poofar."
