The opposite of strategy is not the absence of strategy, rather it is tragedy such that ways are found of using available means to achieve undesirable ends. People use what they have to get what they donât want or arrive where they donât want to be or shape a future they didnât want. When all the available means necessary to accomplish something good are used to accomplish something bad, this is tragic, not strategic.
Thatâs not a strategy, itâs a tragedy.
