In British Slang - A cigarette butt that's thrown on the ground.
Someone is a tabby picker if they pick up cigarette butts from the ground and smoke them (some people do it I've seen it)

Mate did you see Tyler last night tabby picking outside the pub, he's such a scruff.

Wakie

The city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England, as called by the locals. Can also be spelt as Wakey but most locals spell it as Wakie. A pretty dodgy city but what can you do?
