This behavior is most commonly seen in fatties or newbies at a public gymnasium.
Gym Regular 1 - "Hey I've been here an hour and I've seen 3 different fatties come in punch that bag, ride a minute on the exercise bike, do 10 sit ups and then go home!"
Gym Regular 2 - "Oh those fatties and their montage workouts"
