To do something blatantly obviously wrong or bad and still get away with nothing or a simple warning.

Orgins: Named after Jack Wilshere who plays for Arsenal and is a general badass. He is incredible at doing red card offences and getting away with it.

Person 1:Did you hear that kid got caught cheating? He is going to be expelled.

Person 2: Nah, the kid is a real Wilshere, he just got yelled at then had to repeat the test.
