A mysterious man, constantly bombarded by letters. Despite his apparent popularity with the postal service, Pepe has never been seen or identified. Even top investigatorâs such as Carlie Kelly, famed for his ability to intercept ghouls and leprechauns before they carry out any mischief, was not able to track Pepe down.
