Short for Sister. Can be directed towards any female regardless if there is relation or not. Often used in a surprised manner or during conversations in place of names.

“Damn Sus, what happened to you ?”
“Them kids bad as hell Sus.”
“That’s my Sus.”
“Hey Suuuuuus!”
“You lying Sus!”
