Similar to a cockblock, but involving females.
A girl can instigate a bitch blockade by ensuring that other girls don't go for the guy she's wheeling.

Girl 1-How dare you sit next to Esteban?
Girl 2 - Don't worry about it girl, I know you want it. I was just busting out the bitch blockade because that blonde across the table was eyeing him.
Girl 1 - Oh thanks sista.
