A Skretin is a particularly horrible male or female (or whatever) with low sexual morals and a distinct parasitic nature.

That little Skretin gave my mate herpes and maxed out her Visa.

Clart

From the Jamaican Patois, the word Clart has many differing definitions.

However, it is mainly used to describe the rear end, or Ass.

To be Licked inna your Clart, is to receive a kick in the ass (or head)

In order to better understand the definition of Clart, it may be easier to think of the Clart as the essential nature of a person, possibly related to its connection with blood.

Hence, “Yuh dutty likkle bloodclart” is a highly insulting remark, aimed at the core of that persons character...
(And has nothing at all to do with questionable Welsh rappers)
