Like Switzerland, Switz means to be of neutral mindset in a situation involving sides, so as not to get in trouble.

It does NOT mean that you are from Switzerland.

Rob: "That girl is such a bitch!"

Steven: "Hey, she is my girlfriend!"

Rob: "Doesn't stop her from being a bitch."

Steven: "Screw you. What do you think, Nick?"

Nick: "Guys, I'm Switz. Go ask somebody else."
