When a person is deep, or called deep. The behavior or task they are doing. is excessive or unnecessary

Uncle is hella Deep. He has all his knives, and swords lined up on the living room floor. Talking about he's going to sharpen them. (Excessive)

I'm not Deep! Just being prepared. I never leave the house without electrical tape,

hot glue, scissors, Q-tips and the sand paper. Because you never know when you might need it.
