Corporate lackey

A person who thinks that his lowly corporate job is the be-all and end-all of his pathetic existence.

So that corporate lackey thinks that coming in early, working after-hours and working on the weekends will benefit him, and will get him noticed by "upper management"? Wow, he is in for a rude awakening!

Truck stop

This can range from anything from a simple roadside diner to a mega-gas station. Usually located in rural areas and referred to by locals as the best place to get a decent cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner. A good truck stop not only offers coffee or meals, but also a great place that sells souvenirs and trinkets of the local area. Some even offer internet access and showers. Seedier truck stops offer lot lizards (prostitutes) as well.

Gawd, this truck stop has the best, creamiest coffee!

Bhagavan

A Sanskrit term describing the absolute, highest manifestation of Transcendence.

Although traditionally translated into English as "God", this term, "Bhagavan", is used by many who wish to distance themselves from the jingoistic uses of that traditional term, e.g., "God bless the U.S.A", "God is on our side", "My God is better than your god", "In God we trust", "God damn you to hell".

It is also used to differentiate between a spiteful, smiteful, jealous deity (as mentioned in the Bible) with an all-blissful Deity (as mentioned in the quintessential Hindu scripture, the Bhagavata Purana).

Far, far above the highest heaven is the abode of Bhagavan (Krishna).
