The beatles

Same as said above, only before they were famous, they were called "The Silver Beatles". That didn't go well once they were noticed, so they shortened it =)
(Not to be a know-it-all, but my dad grew up with 'em and has a book on them =)

Must I make a sentence that would not mean anything because you know it's already stated in the above noted?

furries

A handful of people who roleplay animals that walk, talk, and think. Also known as furres. Commonly seen on an MMORPG called Furcadia. Contrary to popular belief, not all of them worship anime (I HATE IT).Some of them also use guns in roleplay. There are two seperate groups, Middle Ages and Bullet Ages, not going by those names. Middle Ages use swords and sorcery and all that, but Bullet Ages use all the guns here and all in advance. I honestly prefer Bullet Ages because of the open-mindedness. See roleplay .

A furrie is a person who roleplays an animal that can walk and talk.

catch22

A phrase made popular by the book, a Catch-22 is a situation where desired solutions are impossible due to illogical rules.

It is VERY similar to the phrase: 'damned if you do, damned if you don't'.

History class was a catch-22. Either you completed hours of work or you got scolded and hurt from neglecting it. Or you had to pay for someone else to do it. There seemed to be no desirable option.

powerpets

A game similar to Neopets, only it's RIGHT!
They support animal adoption, and adopting an animal is highly permanent. New users can make money very easily, and the community is small but respectable. The staff care about you, and you can submit your own books which you can actually read! The games are simple, and don't use any advertising like Neopets does. Neopets is a bad influence for younger children, and Powerpets needs to be more revered for teaching good morals and how to keep a pet.
Oh, and can I mention one more thing? Powerpet's pets are more deverse and are actual real-life animals. You can adopt a wolf, a tiger, an artic fox and they are actually called that. Disowning a pet is non extistant because you need to get them up to lvl 40 in armor and pay 70K just to get rid of them. Pets are more personal!
Ok, I'll admit that Neopets came first. But let's all face it- NEOPETS IS CORRUPT! They use corporate logos to get the children's love and adoration. Instead, play Powerpets and actually learn something rather than being a pawn of a monster like NP.

Neopets will never give a shit about you, your pet, or your wallet. Powerpets teaches morals and staff know you by name. Choose something productive- choose powerpets!

spyware

The crap we find in most pop up blockers (believe it or not!) Gator E-Wallet and other things.
Let me explain what spyware is. First, it is a myth to say it that spyware is made to harm your computer, though I will explain why it eventually does. It is simply a tracking tool built into another piece of software, and by itself is harmless, though arguably, an invasion of privacy as it tracks your trends to report them to various marketing statistics companies. Fine, fine, we can all do a small part to help the economy this way.
However, with about a dozen or so pieces of software on your computer infested with spyware, all trying to track and submit marketing statistics at the same time, your computer becomes slower and slower. This is the harm that it does, and for some people their computer is an annoyance to use. Programs may take a minute to open, the computer takes minutes to load, and multitasking may cause the computer to freeze. The problem of spyware became a harmful problem, I believe, in the past year when many software companies added spyware to their software around the same timeframe. It was hard not to find software without spyware.
HERE ARE THE MAIN FACTS:
Spyware can track your Internet activity.
Spyware can change your search page.
Spyware can change your homepage.
Spyware can change your "not found" page.
Spyware can slow down your computer.
Spyware installs itself within another piece of software.
Spyware is not included in all software.
Some spyware is harmless while another can take more advantage of your computer's processing capability.
It is not the end of the world to have spyware on your computer as long as you are able to delete it.
Spyware is commonly found in (some) pop-up blockers, (some) browser toolbars and (some) other addons.

Spyware is also the common cause of dreaded infinate pop-ups. This happens when you find a link, click on it, and are spammed with "Page Not Found"s. The main way, and what I believe is the best way, to delete it is to use a Swedish (it uses English, but it was made in sweden) called Ad-Aware 6.0. The program is free unless you want an internet watcher with it. It takes only a minute or two to scan and the first time I scanned, I deleted over 500 files of multiplying spyware on my c: drive!
ALL computers should get scanned at least once a week, because I find my spyware multiplies 5 times a day.

When Morikot clicked on the link for Runescape, a million popups knocked her down. She had to reboot (restart) her computer and download Ad-Aware 6.0. so she could defend herself against spyware.

tranky

In *SOME* Hispanic cultures, tranky derives from "tranquil". It just means "to take a chill pill" "calm down" or otherwise, although it has been known to mean a particularily slutty individual. (Are you happy? I included it!)

Heyyy, calm down- get tranky, will ya?
