Somebody, stereotypically female, generally in their late thirties that believes that the world revolves around them. They have been known to shout slurs, occasionally racial or sexual at people because their beliefs, views, gender identity or sexuality do not perfectly align with the Karen. A common misconception is that everyone born the the birth name Karen is indeed, a Karen.

Lycanthropy is a fictional illness passed on through saliva. Those infected with Lycanthropy will suffer a painful transformation into an abnormally vicious wolf when exposed to the full moon. This ilness was derived from Greek mythology.

This phenomenon is known more commonly as werewolves.
